TOS

• NO REFUNDS once I have started.
• You cannot make merch (digital or physical) / sell my art without a commercial fee. Personal merch is okay.
• Do not trace, edit, copy, claim my art, or erase any watermarks.
• Revisions after the sketch will cost an extra, unless there is a mistake on my behalf.
• I have the right to post / showcase the art and WIPs. Privacy fees depend on how long I’m unable to post / showcase the art.
• You may request a pose (depending on the commission option), if not I will choose one for you.
• I will not start until I have received 50-100% of the total payment.
• Prices may increase depending on the complexity.
• Rush orders vary depending on the date.
• Deadlines it must be ATLEAST 2 months after payment. Any deadline under 2 months is considered a rush order.
• No chargebacks.
• You must have a design ready / references. Illustrations based off text / moodboards / etc are considered character designs, which will be charged accordingly.
• You are allowed to resell my art (designs, illustrations, etc) ONE TIME for the price you paid or lower. This is only if you’re rebranding. DM me beforehand.
• You are allowed to give away my art (collaborating with me for a raffle/giveaway, giving away design, gifting art, etc). Please dm me about these beforehand. They must agree to my TOS and I must also be credited.
• Feel free to use commissioned art as a PNG for streaming, but you must credit me.
• Do not use commissioned work at all unless you are the one who commissioned it.
• Do not use my art for AI.
• Credit me somewhere visible when using my art as pfps, banners, social media, vtubing/pngtubing, etc.
• I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
• You cannot sell my fanart / art without permission and a commercial fee.• Payment is PayPal only
• Commercial use varies depending on the situation (such as company work) and commission type. Prices may also vary with company work.Final results will be sent through email or google drive link for the best quality.BY COMMISSIONING ME / USING MY ART YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
